Online Consultation with Deb and Sue

Where: Zoom.US

When: The Third Monday of the Month from 12-1:30 ET

This online consultation group is for the joy of learning. Individual consultation with a certified Brainspotting consultant is require to obtain certification as a Brainspotting Practitioner(*). Many of our participants are already certified and find this time together immensely helpful as it not only facilitates a deepening of their skills but provides community and helps them stay abreast of the latest developments in Brainspotting.  Attendance in a Brainspotting Phase 1 training is required for participation.

As you know, Brainspotting is a powerful and effective approach to healing and wellness that harnesses the nervous system’s ability to reorganize and realign itself, enhancing resilience and facilitating change. Discovered in 2003 by psychotherapist Dr. David Grand, Brainspotting accesses the brain-body's innate self-scanning and self-healing capacities in the context of neurobiological and relational attunement. In Brainspotting, a person's brain-body activation around a particular issue is paired with a relevant eye position, called a Brainspot, that locates, processes and releases trauma, allowing the brain-body system to regain homeostasis.
